• “Personal Plans” means Basic and Premium.

• “Enterprise Plans” means Enterprise and Enterprise Plus.

• “On-site Display” means playback on physical display devices located at the licensed business location, excluding online streaming or broadcasting.

• “Screen” means one physical display device actively streaming content at the same time.

• “Business Location” means a single physical venue where the Enterprise Plan is used.

• “Public Space Playback” means playing content in a commercial or public-facing environment within the scope of an Enterprise Plan, and does not include resale, redistribution, broadcasting, or sublicensing.
